Forge Strength.
Build Community.
Climb Higher.
Summit Forge is a veteran-owned indoor climbing and wellness facility currently being developed for the Sauk Rapids–St. Cloud area of Central Minnesota.
Building a Climbing Community in Central Minnesota
Central Minnesota doesn't have an indoor climbing gym. For climbers in the Sauk Rapids–St. Cloud area, that means driving an hour or more to find a wall. We think this community deserves a place to climb close to home.
Summit Forge is being built to serve everyone — kids trying climbing for the first time, adults looking for a new way to stay fit, families wanting an activity they can share, and experienced climbers who want a local wall to train on.
As a veteran-owned business, we're also committed to creating programs that serve veterans and first responders — because it's part of who we are.

Community First
More Than a Climbing Gym
Summit Forge is being built to create a place where people of all ages can challenge themselves, build confidence, and connect with their community through climbing and wellness.
We're not just building walls and routes. We're building a space where a kid tries something hard for the first time, where a family finds an activity they can share, where a veteran finds community, and where a seasoned climber finds a home wall. That's the vision, and it's what drives every decision we make as we plan this facility.
A Sport for the Whole Person
Indoor climbing has grown significantly in recent years, and for good reason. It combines physical activity, mental engagement, and social connection in a way that few other sports can.
Physical Fitness
Climbing engages the whole body — arms, legs, core, and back — building strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Mental Problem Solving
Every climbing route is a puzzle. Climbing develops focus, strategy, and spatial awareness as you figure out how to move upward.
Confidence
Setting and reaching climbing goals builds self-confidence that carries into everyday life, especially for young climbers.
Family Recreation
Climbing is one of the few activities where all ages and abilities can participate side by side, making it a great family outing.
Lifelong Activity
Climbing can be enjoyed at any age and at any level. It's a sport that grows with you — there's always a new challenge.
Inclusive Community
The climbing community is known for being welcoming and supportive. Climbers encourage each other, regardless of skill level.
What We're Planning
Summit Forge is being designed as an approximately 18,000-square-foot facility to serve climbers of all ages and experience levels. These are the amenities currently in our plans — we'll share more details, including final specs and layout, as the project develops.

Top rope and lead climbing walls with routes for a range of skill levels.
Bouldering Area

Instructional Areas
Spaces designed for classes, clinics, and one-on-one coaching to help climbers progress safely.
